Page 1 of 1 SET-ASIDE: This requirement is Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 561720 and the small business size standard is $18 Million. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-11, any SDVOSB submitting a quote for this action must be verified for ownership and control and is so listed in the vendor information pages database (http://www.vetbiz.gov) - upon submission of quote. Only qualified offerors may submit bids. Introduction: The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract that is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide janitorial services for Corona, Vet Center, located at 800 Magnolia Ave, Suite 110, Corona, CA 92879. The janitorial service shall be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with the exception of National Holidays (see below), during the hours of 7:00a.m-10:00 a.m. The Contractor shall not be required to provide service on the following U.S. Government. The Contract shall be for a base year and four option years Contractors are strongly urged to inspect the work area before providing a quote.   The only site visit will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.   The site visit shall be conducted at the Corona Vet Center located at 800 Magnolia Ave, Suite 110, Corona, CA 92979.   The site visit shall provide the opportunity to inspect all the areas that need to be cleaned.   If you have any questions on the location of the meeting, please contact Dorothy Espiritu (951)-734-0525. Offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit prior to submitting their proposal in order to be fully aware of the requirements outlined in the statement of work.   Failure to attend the pre-proposal meeting shall not relieve the successful offeror from performing their services in accordance with statement of work. Please fill the attached Solicitation and return prior to May 15, 2017.
