- This is a written synopsis to all interested parties, in accordance with FAR 5.303, publically announcing that multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts resulting from Solicitation Number QTA0015SDA4003 have been awarded. Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) is a ten-year period of performance (five-year base plus a three-year option and a two-year option) ID/IQ vehicle providing complex commercial SATCOM solutions in support of multiple different types of requirements, such as Interactive Services; Continuity of Operations (COOP); Broadcast Satellite Services; Direct Customer, Steady State, and Emergency Responder Operations; and Fleet & Asset Tracking and Reporting Services.
