Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of the Durham VAMC, through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) to provide Full Preventive Maintenance and testing on one Anesthesia Unit and four E Gas modules as required by the manufacturer (quarterly and/or semi-annually) to the manufacturer s specifications. The following outlines requirement features that the medical center requires: To include all parts and testing required for preventive maintenance. Must have full access to the original manufacturer s documentation and repair parts as required. Must have completed the original manufacturers training. No sub-contracting of any portion of this service is authorized. Maintenance will be performed on one (1) Anesthesia Unit from G.E./Datex-Ohmeda, Model :AVANCE CS2, Serial # APKS00782, EE # 53935 and four (4) E gas modules, serial # s SGV15181011HA, SGV15181037HA, SGV15251010HA and SGV15251011HA. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Date of award, through September 30, 2017 The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
