Question 1: We are confused.   This RFI came out on FBO, but appears to be targeted only awardees on T4NG?   Is that correct? Answer 1: T4NG awardees may respond as well as non T4NG awardees. The purpose of the FBO RFI is to survey the market. Question 2: Is the subject effort a new requirement or a follow-on to an existing contract? If the latter, can I please find out the incumbent contractor's name and contract number? Answer 2: This effort is a recompete. The previous task order was VA118-16-D-1001 VA11816F10010002 Business Information Technology Solutions, Inc
