- The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, is seeking interested sources to provide all equipment, labor and materials, quality control, safety and superintendence to support the requirement for construction of a one story restroom building in Grand Teton National Park. The basic requirements of this approximate 1,100 SF building include the following scope items: Site preparation, Building foundation construction, MEP service connections, Enclosed 1000SF structure with open vestibule located at the entrance; Roof to withstand 175 PSF for snow loads; Men ¿s room equipped with 4 urinals, 2 toilet stalls, and three sinks; Women ¿s room with 6 toilet stalls and three sinks; Family restroom with one toilet and diaper changing station; Janitor ¿s closet with mop sink; Complete interior MEP installation; Two wall mounted drinking fountains; Fully ABA compliant toilet fixtures. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, with a size standard of $36.5M. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be the summer of 2017.
