- Paint Booth - Sources Sought Fairchild AFB Washington is seeking information on companies that provide modular paint booths. There is no funding currently available for this procurement; this is a request for information about available suppliers of this product only. These paint booths will preliminarily fall under NAICS 333249, Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. The paint booth must be able to be assembled and connected to existing infrastructure and utilities. In addition, the paint booth must have the capability of being disassembled and moved to a different facility if necessary. There should be three work areas consisting of a mixing room, a prep room, and the actual painting booth. The design of the three areas should facilitate movement of large parts from one are to another. This is to allow simultaneous operations and maximize throughput in the facility. Facility controls must have a self-diagnostic feature to expedite troubleshooting and minimize facility downtime in case of breakdowns. The ability to remote in for factory troubleshooting upon user request is also a desired feature.
