- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking SMALL BUSINESS responses in order to determine Small Business participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure annual preventative maintenance services for one (1) Delta H heat treat oven model DCAHT-1212362000-18-1248-MIL. Interested vendors must be able to provide on-site annual services to include: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor to perform annual preventative maintenance (PM) services on one (1) Delta H Heat Treat Oven, Model Number: DCAHT-1212362000-18-1248-MIL, Serial Number: 15-016; located bldg 7441, 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with original equipment manufacturer's recommendations, industry standards and regulations, and any federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall ensure inspection / maintenance of the following product components to include minor repair/replacement of parts as required: heating elements, ceramic tube spare kit, thermocouple kit, thermocouple probe accessoreis, bearings, fan belts, temperature controller / programmer, fuses for heating elements, motor for blowers, door limit switch, air pressure switch, high limit controller, quench delay electric eye, and heat power controller. The designated NAICS Code is 333994: Industrial Process Furnace and Oven Manufacturer, size standard is 500 employees; and a designated PSC of J036: Maintenance and Repair of Special Industry Machinery. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, and products to meet all required specifications under this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice.
