- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment F_Master Calibration List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Federal Highway Administration Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for calibration, standardization, inspection, and certification of equipment in its materials laboratory. The contract will include a base year and four option years. The RFQ number is DTFH7017Q00035. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m. Pacific on May 15, 2017. The anticipated award date is May 19, 2017. It is the quoter's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. FAR provisions and clauses may be viewed and/or downloaded from https://www.acquisition.gov. Once this combined synopsis/solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any amendments to the solicitation. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to award.
