- Product Description Toneburst Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Note: This requirement was previously listed as a Sources Sought notice on FBO.gov under number FA8224-17-R-0022, Toneburst Pulser/Receiver Ultrasonic Inspections. The Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC), Specialized Contracting Office (PZIMB), intends to negotiate with Matec Instrument Companies, Northborough, MA, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one source and no other supplies of service will satisfy agency requirements, to provide personnel to install, calibrate, familiarization of the Toneburst High Power Pulser/Receiver. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirement may clearly and unambiguously identify their capablity to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Costadena.bournakis@us.af.mil and Rick.porter.1@us.af.mil. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received no later than response due date and time.
