Description
This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 611430 and sized standard is $11.0M. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: The contractor will provide training to the Memphis VA Medical that is a combination of didactic material, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance assessment skills, professional judgment, and team collaboration in reaching viable case resolutions for the range of scenarios typically faced by organizational threat assessment teams.   The contractor is required to provide preparation time for content to include pre-training needs assessment via discussion with the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP), Director at the Medical Center and any identified key stakeholders. To provide provision of hard copies of the WAVR-21 Forms utilized in the training for all attendees. To provide training for up to 35 participants as identified by the WVPP Director or designee. To provide face to face training time of two and one half days with participants, on site at the VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN, or designated alternate site in the Memphis TN area. To provide provision of the contractor s Power Point presentation no later than ten business days in advance of the first day of training. Anticipated period of performance: June 26th, 2017 through June 30th, 2017. Alternate training time can be identified upon agreement of the contractor and Medical Center. All training must be completed prior to September 29, 2017. Travel time and expenses will be inclusive in the contract, and will be the responsibility of the contractor Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
