Description

Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential Small Businesses especially any SDVOSB vendors capable of providing a Topcon AIT 350W, Wheelchair Access Power Table and installation as listed below in the Statement of Need: These are for the VA Healthcare Center in Butler, PA 16001. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal components of supplies listed in the attached document. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Business point of Contact. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at Ronald.Kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 4:00 pm (EST) on Thursday, May 4, 2017. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to at Ronald.Kline@va.gov. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. STATEMENT OF NEED The VA Butler Healthcare System (529) has a need for two (2) Topcon AIT-350W Wheelchair Access Power Adjustable Instrument tables or equivalent to be delivered at the new Health Care Center (HCC) located at 353 North Duffy Road Butler PA 16001. Delivery installation shall be IN May 2017. CLIN #1 25043-11-000 Topcon AIT-350W Wheelchair Access Power Adjustable Instrument table or equivalent Must have three instrument table top Must have wheelchair accessible to all positions Table height shall be adjustable with synchronized table legs Must have programmable memory height and user positions Must have wide range of vertical travel Must have electrical power strip supplied with each unit Must have anti-squeeze safety switch Must have heavy duty powered legs and durable table top construction Must be electrical 110 Volt system 120VAC Must have a minimal table capacity of 450lbs Must have standard commercial warranty 2 Each
