- N6833517R0096 Amendment 1 This solicitation is amendeded to extend the response date until May, 4, 2017 12:00 pm EST. This posting replaces N68335-16-T-0121 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for three (qty 3) Ordnance Loading Platform Adapters, PN 3958AS3501-1, for the KC-130J Harvest HAWK program. The Government intends to compete this requirement as a small business set-aside. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333924 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. RELEASE OF TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE INFORMATION: The drawing package associated with the solicitation, will NOT be posted with the RFP and must be obtained through this office AFTER release of the RFP. The drawing package is export controlled. Only qualified contractors interested in receiving the necessary technical data for proposal purposes shall submit a written request for a copy of the Technical Data Package through Frances Marigliano at frances.marigliano@navy.mil. The written request must be submitted to this office and must include the name of your company, mailing address, phone number, email address, current CAGE number and a current of copy DD Form 2345. Please note the drawing package will only be sent to qualified contractors with a valid, current DD Form 2345 and will be mailed to the address on the DD Form 2345. The DD Form 2345 must be on file with the United States/Canada Joint Certification Office. To file a DD Form 2345, please visit the DLIS website at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/, or contact them at 1-800-352-3572. This website will provide all necessary information concerning certification under the Joint Certification Program. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All potential businesses must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis is for administrative purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposals, and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
