- The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) has a requirement to procure one (1) each CNC horizontal boring and milling machine to be installed at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The proposed boring and milling machine shall meet the minimum physical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the solicitation and Statement of Work. This requirement will include installation and training. Delivery shall be Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. This requirement is being procured on an unrestricted basis. The Government anticipates awarding one fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation. Request for Quotation Number HSCG40-17-Q-61050, and all related documentation, is psoted with this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Please direct all inquiries to the Contracting Official(s) listed herein. A site visit is being scheduled for Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Offerors interested in attending this site visit must provide, IN WRITING, the names of the individuals to attend the site visit. The number is limited to two (2) representatives from each company. Offerors must RSVP by Monday, May 8, 2017 in order to clear security and gain access to the Coast Guard Yard. All offerors shall park in the parking lot located at the entrance of the Coast Guard Yard and walk to Security. A Government representative shall meet you at Security and escort you to the destination.
