Description
NAICS: 811219 Laboratory instrument repair and maintenance services RFQ-DC-17-00148 Procurement Office: United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division (3805R) 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004 Response Date: May 5, 2017 4:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ¿s Office of Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division, seeks quotes for a service maintenance agreement. Quotes are being requested in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US EPA is seeking a service maintenance agreement for the equipment listed on Attachment 4 Equipment and Software and in accordance with Attachment 1 Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement consists of a base period and two one-year option periods. The base period of performance for this award shall be November 27, 2017 through November 26, 2018. Option period 1 period of performance shall be November 27, 2018 through November 26, 2019. Option period 2 period of performance shall be November 27, 2019 through November 26, 2020. The Government is under no obligation to exercise these two options. The performance of this contract will take place at the following location: United States Environmental Protection Agency National Exposure Research Laboratory 960 College Station Road Athens, Georgia 30605 Interested contractors should be advised of the following: ¿Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) ¿Contractors must not be listed on Excluded Parties List Service at time of award ¿Contractors must be registered in FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/. Contractors shall provide a response to the question posed and is as a part of the quote. The contractor ¿s response to the question is a part of the technical capability. Please see Attachment 3 for technical evaluation criteria. Technical capability will be evaluated on a pass or fail basis and are all equally weighted. Please be advised general statements made by the offeror such as ¿We have reviewed the requirements and can meet the stated requirements ¿ shall NOT be considered a demonstration of an offeror ¿s ability to perform. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued to the successful vendor that provides the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Contracting Officer Dionne Wright at wright.dionne@epa.gov. All questions and comments regarding this procurement shall be addressed in writing to Contracting Officer, Dionne Wright at wright.dionne@epa.gov no later than Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 at 12:00 pm. Quotes are due no later than Friday, May 5th, 2017 at 4:30 pm. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
