- Guam Performance Work Statement This is a combined sysnopsis/soliciation for commerical item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemnet constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written soliicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG84-18-Q-SG001 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 561730. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following: Grounds Maintenance. Service Period: Base: 01 Oct 2017 - 30 Sep 2018 Plus 4 One Year Option Periods Please see attached Performance Work Statment for details of requirement.
