- Description
- The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, on behalf of the Fort Bragg Army Community Service intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract for 30 seconds of advertising spots for every movie shown, prior to start of the movie, on the 43 screens at Carmike Market Fair, Millstone in Hope Mills and the Carmike Patriots theaters. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated period will be a twelve (12) month Period of Performance. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis with Screenvision Direct Inc., 245 Kenneth Drive Suite 400, Rochester, NY 14623, Cage Code: 1MBC4, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available, as Screenvision Direct Inc. is the single source provider of Cinema Advertising for the Carmike Market Fair, Millstone in Hope Mills and the Carmike Patriots theaters. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to Agnes Choate at agnes.f.choate.civ@mail.mil no later than 12 May 2017 at 1700 Eastern Time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
