- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is conducting market research on behalf of WRAIR, HIV Diagnostics and Reference Laboratory (HDRL) division. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from industry partners with knowledge and experience to support the HDRL branch at WRAIR with medical consumables, inventory management, temperature controlled shipping services and related services.
