(ABOA): 1,636 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,636 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): Parking must meet or exceed local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: All space must be contiguous on one floor above the ground floor of any offered location. Space must be serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Any offered location must be serviced by public transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
