- Limited Source Justification for Limited Sources on the Federal Supply Schedule Program The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Administration, Office of Logistics Management, Office of Acquisitions Management (A/LM/AQM)awarded a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)on the basis of the Limited Source Justification For Limiting Sources on the Federal Supply Schedule Program on behalf of DOS, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Directorate of Domestic Operations Criminal Investigations Division, Office of Passport and Visa Analysis Unit (DS/DO/ICI/CR/VPAU). Attached is the redacted Limited Source Justification under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. 152(3), and 40 U.S.C. 501), as implemented by FAR 8.4 and substantiated by FAR 8.405-6(a) (1)(i) (B) - "Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized." The attached Limited Source Justification is hereby published to the Government wide Point of Entry WWW.fedbizopps.gov within 14 days after issuance of BPA as required by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).
