- clause matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA) for the subscription of data source collections for the period of one year. This award is based on the company’s ability to satisfy the agency’s requirement. Per FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Governments requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. All submissions should be submitted electronically to yokita.m.davis@usdoj.gov. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. The Government is requesting discounts. BASIS OF AWARD: Award is ALL or NONE/Brand Name Only.
