- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Amendment 1 HAF SG5 and 59 MDW has an on-going requirement for deployment and system support of Web Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) and Executive CCaR system support for HAF SG5 staffs at DHHQ and 59 MDW in funding, planning, execution, and reporting requirements within their organizations and at higher headquarters. The requirement is to implement the CCaR and Executive CCaR associated databases and interfaces for all medical research organizations, programs, and appropriations. The requirement is to provide on-site support and training to program personnel who require CCaR and Executive CCaR technical and subject matter assistance. The on-site functional support relates to the day-to-day maintenance, care, sustainment, and customizing of base source code of the CCaR application and its associated interfaces and data to meet unique requirements. Contractor personnel will be required to support unique and standardized business practices of these organizations, support CCaR System databases, and be familiar with all CCaR databases at HAF SG5 and 59 MDW. In addition, Contractor personnel will be required to provide all Web and Executive CCaR user licenses necessary for Government personnel CCaR access.
