- Exception to Fair Opportunity Justification The United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) and the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) required a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) bridge modification to Contract Number W91QUZ-11-D-0010, Task Order (TO) D001 with MicroTechnologies, LLC (MicroTech), 8300 Boone Blvd, Suite 600, Vienna, VA 22182-2659 in order to provide continued Information Technology Support and Enhancement Services for the Criminal Investigative Management Systems (CIMS) program. The Requiring Activity is currently conducting a technical analysis of the offerors' proposals in support of the best value competitive follow-on acquisition. The follow-on award date estimate is July 2017.
