- ADA Compliant Doors The U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) has a requirement for the modification of existing main doors at a facility located in Lafayette, LA. The project must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) G17PS00432 will be issued on or about 05/01/2017 with written quotes due on or about 05/24/2017. There will be a site visit on 05/16/2017 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238290. The size standard is $15 million. The magnitude of construction is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
