- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-17-R-0339 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide mow, trim, sod install, herbicide, insecticide, pre-emergent, post emergent, storm damage clean up as applicable and any other service listed in the pricing schedule in accordance with the Statement of Work at the following locations: Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, KS, 66048; Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027; and Fort Scott National Cemetery, 900 east National Avenue, Fort Scott, KS 66701. The period of performance is Base period (date of award) through September 30,2017 with (4) one year options if exercised through September 30, 2021. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.5 million is applicable. This solicitation may result in multiple awards as the Contract Line Items (CLINS) pertaining to Fort Scott may be awarded on a separate contract based on offers received. Award will be made on a Best Value basis, meaning the lowest offer may not automatically receive the contract award, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around May 5, 2017. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., May 19, 2017. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
