- Page 1 of 1 The VA Roseburg Healthcare System in Oregon intends to solicit offers for Overnight Veteran Lodging. A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quote number is VA260-17-Q-0328. Please see the Statement of Work in the solicitation for essential and functional characteristics that have been deemed essential in meeting the Government s need and are the minimum acceptable specifications. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. NAICS Code 721110 applies; size standard is $32.5 million dollars. The intended period of performance is June 1, 2017 May 31, 2018, plus three (3) option years. The procurement is restricted to Small Businesses. All offerers must be registered in Sam at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. The estimated solicitation date is May 1, 2017.
