- Mold Remediation, US Geological Survey, Northern Appalachian Research Branch, Wellsboro, PA The U.S. Geological Survey Northern Appalachian Research Branch has a requirement for the remediation of mold and mildew. The lab is located at 176 Straight Run Road, Wellsboro, PA 16901. The project must be completed within 112 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) G17PS00404 will be issued on or about 05/01/2017 with written quotes due on or about 05/31/2017. There will be a site visit on 05/17/2017 at 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 562910. The size standard is $20.5 million.
