- Condensate Pump Solicitation Condensate Pump Solicitation Purchase condensate pumps for steam heating system at the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). Quantity (4). See attached document for all requirements of this procurement. A pump meeting specifications of attached document will be considered regardless of manufacturer provided the proposed pumps are equivalent in form fit function and durability. This procurement is subject to the Buy American Act. The awardee must be registered and current in Sam.gov by the time of award. This procurement is set aside for small business. NAICS code 333414 Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. The above NAICS code defines a small business as having under 500 employees.
