- Solicitation Number: FA2125-17-R-0020 Pre-Solicitation Notice - Grounds Maintenance Service at Patrick AFB, Florida The 45th Contracting Squadron at Patrick AFB, FL intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA2125-17-R-0020, for the grounds maintenance service at Patrick AFB, Florida on or about 12 May 2017. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete the project. The contract type will be firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity and will be a Women Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and the FSC code is S208. This acquisition has a size standard of $7.5M. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Additional information or postings will be posted for viewing on FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/. The successful contractor will be selected using Sealed Bidding procedures resulting in the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L & M of the solicitation. Notice to potential offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Governement reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Governement cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. NOTE: It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor these sites for release of any future notices and/or release of the solicitation and amendments thereto. However, you may download and print the file from the website. (3) There is no fee for this solicitation. (4) A registration page is attached to the FBO website. You are not required to register. However, when you register you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addendums that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the website for any changes to the solicitation. (5) Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with such contractors.
