Description
Satellite Emergency Notification Device Subscription Plan The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Inreach Inc., 2 Delorme Drive P.O. Box 298 Yarmouth, ME 04096. The contract is to provide service for Satellite Emergency Notification Devices throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, as well as parts of Montana, Utah and California. The period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is 517410 ¿ Satellite Communications with a small business size standard of $32.5M. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Gregory Carnes at gcarnes@usbr.gov by Friday, May 5, 2017 by 12:00pm MT. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote or a request for proposal.
