- W912GB-17-R-0020 Pre Solicitation Amendment 01 Various Base Improvements Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania The following change is made to this Pre Solicitation Notice: The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 April 2017 is changed to: The solicitation will be issued on or about 09 May 2017. The following additional pre-proposal conference and site visit information is being provided in this amendment: 1. A pre-proposal site visit and briefing will be held on 06 June 2017 at Camp Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania. Firm's planning to attend will meet at 0800 at the GPS Coordinates: Lattitude: 44.358611 Longitude: 28.46 See Map (Attachment 1) Offerors are highly encouraged to have Subcontractors attend. 2. Offerors must pre-register for the scheduled event. Offerors shall provide the information required in the MK Base Access Request Form (Attachment 2) for all attendees. No attendees will gain base access without the Base Access Request Form being completed, submitted, and approved. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will state that the Base Access Roster will be due No Later Than 14:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) 15 May 2017. All interested firms shall send the Base Access Roster via E-mail to Ms. Shawntesha Ingram at shawntesha.l.ingram@usace.army.mil and Mr. Jefferey Ball at jefferey.a.ball@usace.army.mil. The Subject of the Email: "W912GB-17-R-0020; Various Site Improvements MK AB, Romania Site Visit" Note: The Prime Offeror is to submit the details above for their firm's attendees as well as their subcontractors planning to attend. USACE will not accept a list of attendees directly from subcontractors. 3. The following DRAFT Project Descriptions are also attached to this amendment: 1. Atch_3_DRAFT PRE-SOL INFO.pdf 2. Atch_7_DRAFT PRE-SOL_MULTIMODAL.pdf The intent of providing the project descriptions in this pre solicitation amendment is so interested vendors can plan accordingly for this project's site visit. Reminder: No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up information requests.
