The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other that full and open competition basis this requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to PCB Piezontronics Inc., Larson Davis Division, 3425 Walden Ave., Depew, NY 14043 due to compatibility with existing sound level meters and is duplication testing equipment for test consistency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later that 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation N6893617Q0071 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
