- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract that includes hauling and p lacing compacted 4' aggregate surface course on a 1.06 mile segment of Cow Camp Segment of Boles Canyon Road (NFSR 117) located in Pennington County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is between $25,000 and $150,000. Contract time is 60 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
