- •1) 1) Question: Does the solicitation need to be returned or just the attachment 0004 Section B-F Pricing and Delivery Excel spreadsheet? Answer 1): The Solicitation SPRBL1-16-R-0043 must be returned signed with all Clauses filled in. Prices may be input into the Attachment 0004 spreadsheet and returned, in lieu of entering prices in Section B of the solicitation document. Delivery must be input into the Attachment 0004 spreadsheet. •2) 2) Question: If my Company has a home office in a different state from where the parts are manufactured what DCMA office will be used? Answer 2): Refer to DLAD T/Q RQ009: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN and input the facility location. Please provide the correct Cage Code for the location identified in DLAD T/Q RQ0009, and at contract award and the DCMA DoDAAC will be identified in DFARS 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. •3) 3) Question: What is the correct packaging? Can we submit for commercial Packaging? Answer 3): The packaging shall be Level Preservation: Military Level Packing: Minimal per the solicitation. Please price per the solicitation. If a third-party business will be used for packaging, please provide name, address, city, state, zip code, and CAGE. (Note: If you include additional separate pricing for commercial packaging, please be advised that the Government may not accept commercial packaging.) •4) 4) Question: If we take exception to the Requirement for Unique Item Identifier (IUID) will this exclude us from award? Answer 4): Please refer to DFARS 252.21-7003 Item Unique Identification and Valuation and Narrative M0001 Evaluation Factors for Award. If a third-party business will be used for IUID, please provide name, address, city, state, zip code, and CAGE. •5) 5) Question: If we take exception to the Requirement for RFID Tags will this exclude us from award? Answer 5): Please refer to DFARS 252.211-7006 Passive Radio Frequency Identification and Narrative M0001 Evaluation Factors for Award. If a third-party business will be used for RFID, please provide name, address, city, state, zip code, and CAGE. •6) 6) Question: The barometer used in the TACMET 11 sensor has a longer lead time and the Government required part delivery cannot be met. Answer 6): In Attachment 0004 Section B-F Pricing and Delivery spreadsheet, please fill in Contractor Delivery Offer Request and explain why Government Required Delivery cannot be met either in the spreadsheet or in a separate statement. •7) 7) Question: The barometer used in the TACMET 11 sensor has a longer lead time and the Government required repair delivery schedule cannot be met. Answer 7): In Attachment 0004 Section B-F Pricing and Delivery spreadsheet, please fill in Contractor Delivery Offer Request and explain why Government Required Delivery cannot be met either in the spreadsheet or in a separate statement.
