- Task Order 001 BPA Pricing Worskeet BPA Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items" and procedures contained in FAR Subpart 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreement, and Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached. The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) is issuing this competitive Request for Quote via FBO for the purpose of entering into a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA is intended to be awarded to a qualified contractor with specific subject matter expertise in the area of Finance under Professional Development Training. Submission Requirements and Quote Due Date Volumes 1 and 2 of the quotes must be submitted electronically (pdf or word format) by May 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Submit via email to trenescia.cowans@opic.gov. Your quote MUST cite your Small Business Status and affirmatively acknowledge all RFQ amendments. Questions If you have questions regarding this requirement, please submit your inquiries via email no later than May 9, 2017 at 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions along with the Government's responses will be posted to FBO. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Offerors. Questions will not be accepted or answered via telephone. Quote Submission: Overall Arrangement Offerors will submit at four (4) separate electronic files (pdf, word, and/or excel). The cover page of each file attachment must include the offeror's name, address, DUNS number, and GSA contract number (if applicable). Constraints • Only offerors who have a SAM registration are invited to submit proposals. • Only offerors who have demonstrated experience with financial development are invited to submit proposals.
