- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) on behalf of the Navy Experimental Diving Unit, intends to award on a sole source basis to CACI-ISS, Inc. (CAGE Code 49DW9) for cotinuing on-site computer programmer support involding human subject research per attached sole source justification. The period of performance is 12 months (3-month base and three 3-month options), per attached draft request for quote. This proposed action is being conducted under the simplified acquistion threshold provisions for commercial services FAR Part 12 and 13. The vendor shall have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and must have the corresponding Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.209-7001 & 252.209-7002 listed on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Record.
