- This pre-solicitation notice is for Ground Maintenance Services at Schenectady NY. The support service encompasses labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Ground Maintenance Services in accordance with specifications. This award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 22 May 2017-21 May 2018 with 4 option years. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. This acquisition is unrestricted under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 a size standard of $7.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-17-Q-1028. The solicitation will be posted on or about 05 May 2017 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov.
