- Military Sealift Command intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Drew Marine, USA Inc. for supplies and services for shipboard chemical treatment, foam testing, foam supply, and foam disposal, industrial gases, and refrigerants; their delivery; and engineering support services (e.g. service calls, training, laboratory analysis), technical evaluation, and troubleshooting services on a worldwide basis. The Contractor will provide products and services, on a worldwide basis, for MSC ships and any other Government owned or Government chartered ships designated by MSC. Specific chemical commodity requirements will be defined at the Delivery Order level as well as applicable funding au thorization and delivery requirements for that order. The ordering period for this contract is anticipated to be 6 months with 3 2-month option periods. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any company believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly demonstrate the company's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. All responding companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website ( https://www.sam.gov ) prior to award of a contract.
