- Service Contract Act Wage Determination Detail Maps Location Maps Vine Treatment Specifications Crop Tree specifications combined synopsis solicitation document including offer submission instructions. Solicitation Number AG-3434-S-17-0020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 Million. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation's closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred. Description of Requirement: South Zone Vine Treatment and Crop Tree Release. In stands with abundant grape and camphor vines, treatment is to cut these vines. In stands with fewer vines, treatment is to release crop trees of various species by cutting competing trees. No trees over 12 inches DBH are to be cut in crop tree release units. All work will be performed in accordance with the attached specifications and wage determination (WV 81-1254 dated 12/29/2015). Locations of work are identified below with cross-reference to attached maps. All work shall be completed within one year of contract award date. There is a site visit on May 8 at 10 AM EST. Interested vendors should meet at Gauley Ranger District Office, 932 North Fork Cherry Road, Richwood, WV 26261. There will be an opportunity to visit one of the crop tree release units after the meeting. See attached for full synopsis/solicitation and other supporting documentation. Vendors must be registered in www.sam.gov in order to submit an offer.
