- The attached provides all the terms and conditions relative to this solicitation. Recommend download and review in its entirety when submitting an offer. The Government, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME. requires four (4) each TACLANE-FLEX customizable Encryption Platforms---1 Gb/s Bundle. This requirement is to the OEM, Generaly Dynamics Mission Systems as this product is required to provide a DoE compliant network for the processing of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program materials.
