- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of services to remove and replace carpeting in a conference building. This solicitation is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330 Flooring Contractors. The Size Standard is $15.0 millions of dollars. All firms or individuals responding mush be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. There will be an organized site visit on May 11, 2017 at 9:00 AM. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached.
