- Description
- The contractor shall perform the testing, filling, and charging of new and used batteries, This is a non-personnel services contract to provide battery charge services for Area III at 520th SMC, Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea (ROK). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all necessary skilled personnel,supervision, tool kits (Battery Service Tools), personnel safety equipment, transportation of contractor personnel, and other items and services necessary to conduct a proper Battery maintenance services at 520th SMC, Camp Humphreys in accordance with (IAW) Army Regulation (AR) 750-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 750-8, Technical Bulletins (TBs) 43-0134 and 9-6140-252-13, and Technical Manual (TM) 9-6140-200-14. This solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and will result in a contract between the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. ROK will directly pay the contractor. No appropriated funds of the United States (US) shall be obligated for payment due under this contract.
