Prospective Offerors and interested parties are requested to review the solicitation and attachments and provide comments to the Contracting Officer on or before Wednesday May 10, 2017. The CORTAP is Department of Transportation Grants oversight program that requires contractor support for performance of comprehensive oversight reviews that focus on Grant Recipient management practices as well as compliance with program and administrative requirements. In accordance with 49 U.S.C Chapter 53, the CORTAP focus areas include financial management and capacity, technical capacity, maintenance, procurement, civil rights and others.
