- Specs FAR 52.212-3 RFQ Instructions and FAR Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open, unrestricted. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Elizabeth City intends to award the contract for LED Aviation Signal Light Gun. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number 17-8175PD342. The NAICS code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) per FAR-7, System Award Management. Offerors who are not registered with SAM may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. See Request for Quote - 17-8175PD342 attachment for specific information regarding this solicitation. The date and time set for receipt of offer is May 8, 2017, no later than 11:00 am, Eastern Time.
