- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITION NOTICE ONLY. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SPRWA1-17-R-0042 WILL BE ADDED AS AN ATTACHMENT (SOLICIATION) ON OR ABOUT 16 May, 2017. The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire spares for the C-130 Program using other than full and open competition procedures. A 5 year Firm Fixed Price contract type is contemplated. This will include a Basic plus 4 Options as follows: RANGE BASIC 2 - 13 OPTION 1 1 - 5 OPTION 2 1 - 5 OPTION 3 1 - 5 OPTION 4 1 - 5 This is anticipated to be a Sole Source contract to General Dynamics, CAGE: 04DG4. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 16 May 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). Interested offerors shall notify Brandy Curles at brandy.curles@us.af.mil. The notification should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code Number, and the Size of Business pursuant to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Required Delivery: 240 days after award of contract. Solicitation will be sole source to General Dynamics, CAGE: 04DG4, Address: 150 Johnston Rd, Marion, Va 24354-4324 pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity.
