- Relevant Project Experience Form Relevant Past Performance Questionnaire Wage Determination (SCA) Fire Plan Plant ID Project Map Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services, and the annual size standard is $19.0 M. This requirement will be 100% set aside for HubZone entity. All prospective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Contractors will be searched against the https://www.sam.gov to ensure they are eligible for Federal contract awards. Please forward technical inquiries to Vincent Chua at vchua@fs.fed.us Project Description: 2017 Trabuco RD Indian Plantation Burn Prep The proposed project includes the following: The intent of this contract is to procure forestry and hazardous fuels reduction related services on a total of 95 acres in the eastern slopes of the Santa Ana Mountains located on National Forest System lands within the Trabuco Ranger District, Cleveland National Forest in western Riverside and eastern Orange counties of southern California. Treatments will include at least one of the following activities or a combination therein: roadside and perimeter hazard tree abatement, shrub removal with chainsaws, pruning of residual conifers to 12 feet, chipping of slash and existing dead and down within 75 feet of roadways, re-piling existing piles and dead and down woody debris away from residual trees by hand, and covering all piles with Kraft paper. Mechanical piling may be proposed by contractor in combination with hand piling; operable ground is limited to slopes less than 35 percent. The completion time for this contract is approximately 135 calendar days from issuance of the NTP.
