- CACI NSS, Inc. is being awarded a hybrid bridge contract (Firm Fixed Price with Cost Reimbursable Line Items) for the procurement of Air and Marine Command and Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) system maintenance support and enhancement services. The overall goal of the C4I program is to maintain, support, and expand upon a diverse assembly of integrated sensors, air movement data, and data processing into Air and Marine Operating Surveillance Systems (AMOSS). The total potential value of the award is $4,523,232.05 including a four-month base period and a 2-month option period. This is a non-competitive contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling and urgency. This bridge contract is necessary to allow continuation of services while CBP implements corrective action under a protest filed with the Government Accountability Office (GAO). The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Washington, DC is the contracting activity (HSBP1017C00038).
