- PLEASE REVIEW ATTACHED RFQ. THANK YOU! The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requires R-410a refrigerant, and initial services to be performed on two government-owned split cooling systems. The services being procured include leak testing, evacuating, and charging with refrigerant. Please review the attached Request for Quotations for additional details and specifications. The services being procured will be in accordance with the Statement of Work included in Section C of the RFQ. Any questions regarding this notice should be emailed to: stephen.pitucci@navy.mil.
