- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Army Contracting Command - Redstone on behalf of the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC), and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under Other Than Full and Open Competition - Sole Source basis to SIRSI Corporation. The Government intends to procure a SirsiDynix Symphony Migration Upgrade. This notice is valid until Wednesday, May 10th, 2017 and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. REQUIREMENTS: SirsiDynix Symphony Migration Upgrade to include: 1. Secondary Server - ISAM Migration • Informix Platform Migration (on-site) • Migration of existing ILS software, configuration and data as exists on current system to a new server. 2. Win. MSSQL 2003 to Win. MSSQL 2012 • MS SQL to MS SQL Platform Migration (on-site) • Migration includes installation of Microsoft SQL Server and migration of existing ILS software, configuration and data as exists on current system.
