- Description
- PWS as of 2 May 2017. General: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Virgin Islands (VI) - Vigilant Guard (VG17-3) Exercise contractor support to provide RESET and Safety Services. The Government will only provide oversight supervision but not control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Vigilant Guard Exercise RESET and Safety Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The VI exercise has limited onsite resources to simulate realistic conditions required to support the full-scale exercise but will have a collapse structure scenario and various scenarios throughout the Virgin Islands.
