- Electrocardiogram (ECG) Components (ECG Machine, Mobile Cart, Paper, Network Cable) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The number is 17-SOL-233-00290 and is issued a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 and the small business size standard is 1250 employees. This requirement is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside and only qualified quoters may submit quotes. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) has a requirement for the following, Brand Name, items: Description: Electrocardiogram (ECG) Components (ECG Machine, Mobile Cart, Paper, Network Cable) Brand Name Manufacturer: Mortara Instrument, Inc. Make/Model: Burdick ELI 280 (BUR280-C1X) Part Number: 11-1136-M3G Qty: 100 Please refer to attachments: RFQ: 17-SOL-233-00290 and Brand Name Justification. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for products as defined herein. The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Questions will be due no later than May 5, 2017 at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes will be due no later than May 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm EST.
